Entry Procedure

A. Online Entry
- 1. Company Registration and MyPage

Register your company information, name of the person in charge, and ID and password. Then create MyPage.
After agreeing the entry rules and registration, you will receive an email. Please
keep your ID and Password. - 2. Login to MyPage and register the number of entries.

* Payment is due in two weeks after the number of entries is confirmed.
* You can change the number of entries before payment, or add items on MyPage after payment if necessary. - 3. Entry Fee

We offer Volume Discount (credit card and bank transfer) and Early Bird Discount (credit card payment only)
Please be aware that the entry fee varies depending on the number of entries.
*For bank tranfers, an additional 2 750.00JPY (10% tax included) will be charged.Number of items Entry Fee (10% tax included) 1 to 10 items 27 500.00 JPY / each item 11 ~ 50 items 24 750.00 JPY / each item 51 items and more 23 375.00 JPY / each item - Entry fee needs to be paid either by credit card or bank transfer.
- Early Bird Discount: If the payment is made by credit card by the due date, before 12:00 AM(Japan Time) on October 31, 2026, 5% discount can be applied to the total amount.
- Applicants must bear all the bank charges for the remittance.
- Entry fee cannot be refunded in any case.
- After the confirmation of the payment, it will be considered as completion of registration.
- The payment deadline is in two weeks from the date of entry. And the final deadline will be November 30, 2026.
- If it is impossible to hold and operate the tasting assessment due to the natural disasters such as earthquake and unexpected disaster, the entry fee will not be refunded.
- Please note that the additional entries cannot be combined with existing applications as a volume discount.
- For bank tranfers, an additional 2 750.00JPY (10% tax included) will be charged as a handling fee.
You will receive a confirmation email from the office after payment is made.
- 4. Wine information

*After the payment, you can proceed to the registration of wine information on MyPage.
* The closing date of modifying the wine information is, November 30, 2026. (Japan time)
* Please make sure to complete the registration of wine information by November 30 (Japan time).
After November 30, you can visit the information but cannot modify them due to preparation for the judging sessions. - 5. Sample Delivery

*Arrival Deadline : Thursday, December 10, 2026.
*Please strictly observe the submission deadline to allow safficient time for judging preparations and data venfication.
* Please arrange your delivery as earlier as possible to avoid the influence of cargo stagnation.
*Samples: 2 bottles each item. Sample wine must be contained in a glass bottle.
Please transfer any canned wines or bag in bag (BIB) wines into bottles before sending them.
Shipping Instructions- Please attach Wine Code to each sample bottle when shipping in a font size of at least 30 points.
- Please download the OUTER CARTON SHEET with QR code on My Page and attach them to the side of the carton.
- If you have more than one carton, please attach the sheet to each carton.

*The delivery charges with the customs clearance fee, duty & tax, etc. must be borne by the applicant.
*In case of broken samples during the delivery or any problem occurs, SAKURA AWARDS Office might contact the applicant.After the samples have been delivered to the warehouse, you will receive an email saying “ Your entry process has been completed ” and the entire process will be completed.
- Please attach Wine Code to each sample bottle when shipping in a font size of at least 30 points.
B. Entry by Post/Fax/Email
- 1. Submission of company and wine information

1. Download "Company Information Registration Form" and "Wine Information Registration Form".
2. Fill out the forms
3. Send it to SAKURA AWARDS Office by post or Email.

You will receive an e-mail by SAKURA AWARDS Office, the confirmation of your entry and the invoice with bank account information. The bank transfer fee must be borne by the applicants.

After the payment is confirmed, please login to MyPage with the ID and Password, click the ”wine info” tab and check the wine information. You can correct and change the wine information on MyPage also.
