Entry Procedure

Entry Period
Starting date : Thursday, October 1st, 2020
The closing date : Monday November 30th, 2020

A. Online entry On Website

1. Registration of Company Information and MyPage

Register your company's information, the name of the person in charge, and ID and password. Then create MyPage.
*You can use ID and Password of 2020 and your company information is only reflected.

New Entry

New to SAKUR AWARDS or when you don't remember ID and Password of 2020
*Sign up on the website

*Register company information and create your own ID and Password.
Sign-in

Enter your ID and Password for 2020 to login on the website

◆If you don't remeber your Password

*Company information of 2020 is displayed automatically. Please check and   correct the contents.

After agreeing to the entry rules and registration, you will receive email. Please keep your ID and Password.
2. Login to MyPage and decide the number of entries.

*Payment is due two weeks after the number of entries is entered.
* You can change the number of entries before payment.
* After payment was done, you cannot change the number of entries.
*If you want to increase the number of entries after the payment, please register the "Company Information Registration" again.

3. Entry fee

Volume Discount (credit card and Bank transfer) and Early Bird Discount (credit card payment only)

*Volume discount is applied for 11 or more and 10% off.
18,000 yen per item
  • Payment: credit card or bank transfer
    *Applicants must bear all the bank charge for the remittance.
  • Early bird discount
    *The early bird discount is only available for credit card payments and before October 31, 2020 (24:00 Japan time).
    *5% off the total payment
    *Early bird discount can be combined with a volume discount.

*Payment due date and method of payment will be displayed on the "Payment" tab of MyPage.
You will receive a confirmation email from the office after payment is made.

4. Wine information

*After the payment, you can proceed with filling in the wine information in MY PAGE.
* The closing day of modifying the wine information is Monday, November 30, 2020. (Japanese time)
* Please be sure to complete the wine information by November 30 (Japanese time). 
After November 30., you can visit the information but cannot modify them due to preparation for the judgement committee.

5. Sample delivery

Sample shipping address and shipping instructions
*Arrival deadline: Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
* Please arrange your delivery as earlier as possible to avoid the influence of COVID-19.
*Samples: 2 bottles each per item. (The number of samples has been changed to 2 bottles (750㎖) . 4 bottles of 500mℓ or 375mℓ.

Shipping Instructions

  • Please download the outer carton sheets (with QR code) from My Page and attach them to the side of the carton.
  • If you have more than one carton, please attach the sheet to each carton.

TAX
*Mention "Sample No Commercial Value" in the invoice and on the outer carton clearly for the samples from overseas.
*The delivery charges with the customs clearance fee, duty & tax, etc. must be borne by the applicant.
*Just in case samples are broken during the delivery or any problem occurs, SAKURA AWARDS Office might contact the applicant.

After all samples of the registered items have been inspected, you will receive an email saying “ Your entry process has been complete ” and the entire process will be complete.

B. Entry with Post/Fax/e-mail

1. Submission of company and wine information

*Download "Company Information Registration Form" and "Wine Information Registration Form" and fill them in and send them to SAKURA AWARDS Office by post or mail.

2. Payment procedure

You will receive an e-mail by SAKURA AWARDS Office, the confirmation of your entry and the invoice with bank account information. The bank transfer fee is paid by the applicant.

3. Confirmation of wine information

You will receive a confirmation email from the office after payment is made.
After payment is confirmed, we are sending you a confirmation and your ID and Password by email.
After log in MyPage with the ID and Password. Please click tab of ”wine info” and check the wine information. You can correct and change the wine information though MyPage also.

4. Sample delivery
